Description: Create Ellfredda - a Fairy Elf Counselor Ellfredda is one of the most important fairies in her glen. Ellfredda has a great deal of power when it comes to working with other magical creatures, but when working in a council, there must be compromises. Ellfredda works hard to find settlements that suit not only her political interest, the relationship between elves and fairies, but solutions that also are agreeable to her own ambitions and those of her close friends.
